Mr. Jensen has extensive corporate experience in finance and financial management. Most recently he was an investment banker for six years with Marathon Capital. Prior to joining Marathon, Mr. Jensen held a number of senior management positions in operations and structured finance at Transamerica Vendor Financial Services, Greenwich Capital Markets and Vista Finance. Previously, he provided investment banking services to Maryland National Bank, Commercial Credit, Advanta, Academic Management Services and Landmark Financial Services for 7 years in financial services mergers and acquisitions and business development as an independent consultant. Mr. Jensen is also the co-founder and former CFO of VTC Incorporated, a semi-conductor manufacturer established in 1984 as a leveraged buyout from Control Data Corporation. During his association with VTC, the company grew to $60 million in annual revenues and was profitably sold in 1987. Mr. Jensen holds a Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University and a Master of Science from the University of Massachusetts. He also was in the Master’s degree in economics and statistics program at the University of Connecticut, and a Doctorate in Economics program at the New School for Social Research. Mr. Jensen received the Series 7 and 66 NASDQ licenses.
